Pelican Welcomes Julie Smith as Customer Projects Manager

With over 40% market share in provincial single-deck zero-emission buses, and the launch of zero-emission double-deck and midibus, Pelican are delighted to announce that Julie Smith is joining as Customer Project Manager. Julie will work with Ian Downie to support the tender-to-delivery process of customer orders.

Julie has extensive knowledge of supply chain and bus manufacturing with over 16 years’ experience in key roles within Manufacturing and Sales at seating company Isringhausen /Esteban, and 2 years in bus manufacturing at Switch.

Julie commented:

“When I was approached to join Pelican/Yutong I embraced the opportunity whole heartedly. This is brilliant time to join the team and I am excited to help to grow the business with our new and existing products. I am looking forward to working with existing friends in the industry and building new relationships with both suppliers and customers.
