Parts

Our parts department works closely with our service and sales team to ensure parts are delivered in a timely fashion to meet our customers’ needs. We have £5 million worth of parts held in stock, covering our whole range. Next day delivery is guaranteed throughout the UK with a first-time pick rate of over 94%. Our parts team is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. Stock is updated on a daily basis for both Bus and Coach and is placed strategically around the country for increased efficiency of delivery. We have a glass replacement partnership with PSV, with a depot in Ireland, which also functions as a distribution hub to collate and distribute any specialist external supplier vehicle fittings.  

Yutong has a central distribution centre in Lens, France, supporting both mainland Europe and the UK. Normal deliveries from France to Pelican arrive between 2-3 days depending on the size of delivery and speed through customs. We are also currently expanding our warehouse space by 40% to support our ever-increasing number of Yutong customers. Upon completing the warehouse extension, our total stocking capacity will increase from £5 million to £8.5 million
