Pelican Families Enjoy Annual Fun Day

Our Pelican headquarters was buzzing with excitement this past weekend as our repair centre was transformed into a lively venue to host our annual Family Fun Day festivities. The day was filled with the sound of music, laughter, and joy as colleagues, friends, and families came together to celebrate one of our most cherished traditions.

This year’s event was bigger and brighter than ever before,  not only because our Family Fun Day has grown into such a beloved occasion, but also thanks to our expanding Pelican team.

With more families joining in the fun, we made sure to provide something special for everyone. Children couldn’t get enough of the fairground rides and balloon artists, while adults enjoyed the free bar, lively disco, and a delicious hog roast that kept everyone coming back for seconds.

We were especially proud to welcome Yorkshire Air Ambulance as our special guests this year. Their booth was a huge hit, offering fun goodies and the incredible chance to experience their flying simulator  a unique highlight that both children and adults found fascinating.

Family Fun Day has truly become a highlight of the Pelican calendar, eagerly anticipated each year and celebrated by our entire community. It was heartwarming to see so many of our staff and their loved ones enjoying themselves, creating memories together, and reinforcing the spirit of togetherness that makes Pelican so special.
