Remembering a “true gentleman” – Phil Hodgson

We’re heartbroken to share that our dear colleague and friend Phil Hodgson, has passed away.

At 80 years young, he brought more energy, warmth, and humour to Pelican and to everyone who met him, than most ever could.  Always cheerful, always kind and always replying with his trademark, ‘Never better’, when you asked how he was – he was a gentleman and one of a kind.

He was so much more than a sales colleague; he was a friend to so many of us, and one of the most popular, well-liked people you could ever hope to meet.  His absence leaves a huge hole in our hearts.

Our thoughts are very much with his wife, Diane, his daughters, Philippa and Leanne and the rest of his family at this incredibly difficult time.

We’ll miss him every day.
