Kenny brings over 40 years of experience in the bus and coach industry, with more than 30 of those in management. He began his career as a bus mechanic with the nationalised operator, Lowland Scottish and continued through its transition into First Bus, where he spent 18 years and ultimately became Area Engineering Manager. Kenny then joined Optare as Customer Service Manager, initially with responsibility for Scotland and the North of England and eventually extending worldwide. During his 19 years with the company, he progressed to Senior Customer Service Manager and ultimately Head of Field Service. Kenny brings extensive aftermarket expertise and many years of working with customers and fleet operators and enjoys the challenges this presents.

With over 30 years of experience in the bus and coach aftermarket industry, Chris brings a wealth of knowledge, professionalism, and dedication to every project. As Head of Aftermarket Parts, he has built a career on delivering reliable solutions and fostering strong relationships across the sector. Self‑driven and highly motivated, Chris combines technical expertise with a genuine passion for helping businesses keep their fleets running smoothly. His commitment to excellence ensures that customers receive not only the right parts, but also the confidence that comes from working with someone who truly understands the industry inside and out. Away from work, Chris takes pride in staying curious and constantly learning – qualities that underpin his passion for the aftermarket and his focus on customer excellence.

Kevin has recently joined Pelican Bus + Coach, bringing with him over 40 years of experience in the bus and coach aftermarket. He previously spent his career at Alexander Dennis, where he built a strong reputation for technical expertise and strong customer relationships. With more than three decades of hands-on experience in aftermarket coach parts, Kevin has a deep understanding of product performance, lifecycle requirements and operator challenges. He has also held senior sales roles, supporting operators across the UK and helping to improve service delivery and long-term partnerships. Known for his attention to detail, customer first mindset, and passion for the industry, Kevin brings energy, reliability, and a solutions driven approach to every project.
