Yutong single or dual gun, air-cooled chargers are offered with capacities of 40, 80, 120, 150 and 160 kWh. A single gun, liquid-cooled 300kWh charger is available if super-fast charging is required. In addition, we can offer pantograph chargers and remote cabinet chargers. All are fitted with CCS2 charge guns. Cable joints within the charger feature ultrasonic welding technology which ensures a lower temperature rise than ordinary crimping whilst increasing the service life by 40%. The high voltage protection of the charging gun meets IP67 which is higher than the industry standard of IP54. The charger itself is rated at IP55 which means it can stand outside uncovered and withstand wind and rain. Charging gun cables are available with either 5 metre, 7.5 metre or 10 metre lengths to meet the needs of all customers. A quick–to–change dust-proof filter screen design takes away 90% of the daily maintenance workload, whilst a variety of charging modes (such as QR code scanning and card swiping) give greater flexibility of operation.
